Description
We are thrilled to invite you to join us on Wednesday 13th March for a four-course dinner with Château Ausone, one of the very top names on Bordeaux’s Right Bank. The estate is a landmark in St Emilion, sitting atop the commune’s limestone plateau just outside the medieval village itself and has long been considered amongst the finest producers of the appellation. Taking place in our beautiful Sussex Cellar, the wines will be paired with a seasonal menu from our Executive Chef, Stewart Turner.
Across the evening, your hosts will guide you through a selection of wonderful vintages of the grand vin along with the estate’s prized second wine, Chapelle d’Ausone – with highlights including the outstanding 2009 vintage of both wines.
