Vintage Champagne with Edwin Dublin, Thursday 22nd October

Unusually for a classic wine region, most wines in Champagne are not made from a single harvest and are therefore called non-vintage. But they do make single harvest, or vintage, champagne- the best of which are also classed as prestige cuvées. With examples from the likes of Krug, Bollinger, Pol Roger and Cristal, you will discover the affect different vintages have on the style of champagne produced, compare a non-vintage with vintage and sample some of the greatest prestige cuvées one can find.
