Description
Made from 100% Clairette and aged in six different amphorae for 10 months, this is an unexpectedly astonishing wine. The nose needs time to open up, revealing notes of very fine spiced pear and fresh yellow apple. Exceptionally pure, pebble-stone minerality continues at length on the palate. The wine has a gorgeous texture and keeps evolving in the glass.
