Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 32%, Petit Verdot 8%

This represents about 40% of the estate’s production, some of it coming from dedicated plots. Unusually, the blend is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon this year, as some of the Merlot plots were affected by mildew. There is a juicy delicacy to the wine, with blue- and red-berry fruits supported by a bed of smooth tannins and a hint of cedar spice. This is accessible but precise, with sufficient structure to bring energy to the finish. Drink 2024-2038
