Description

The wine opens with a chalky nose, supported by plenty of lemon sherbet, a touch of struck match and a hint of cashew. On the palate, there is plenty of beautiful ripe fruit, with hints of mango, yellow peach and nectarine. The texture is incredibly smooth, yet there is a freshness from the lively acidity. This is a far cry from many of the rich, over-oaked Meursaults on the market. The wines also show subtle and well-integrated complexity from the lees' ageing, lending a creamy and biscuity twist to the long finish. 

Still very young, this wine is best enjoyed from 2030 to 2036.

Chardonnay
