That Boutique-y Whisky Company, established in 2012, specialises in bottling unique, small-batch whiskies from distilleries worldwide. Family-owned Fary Lochan is one of the few distilleries in Denmark and is known for its innovative production techniques. This whisky has been smoked with fresh nettles to impart a fragrant herbaceous character. The spirit is then matured for six years in ex-rum casks.
