Established in 2005, Kilchoman Distillery is a farm distillery on Islay well-known for its artisanal approach. Kilchoman grows its own barley and malts it on-site, ensuring full control over production. This Batch Strength release was matured in re-charred red wine casks, ex-sherry butts and ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled at 57% ABV.
