Exmoor Distillery

Exmoor Distillery is located in Exmoor National Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in Dulverton, Somerset. The distillery was established in 2017 by husband-and-wife John and Nicola Smith. The pair take pride in doing everything in-house, from fermentation and distillation to bottling and labelling. Each bottling is the result of tireless trial-and-error on the part of the couple. The Smiths make both gin and rum, with Northmoor Gin and Exmoor Rum being the respective flagships in each category.
