The intense amber colour and complex aromas result from an epic 25-month journey in American whiskey casks.

Amber in colour with copper highlights, this has incredible body and texture. Notes of clove, cinnamon and toffee dance on the palate at first sip, evolving into toasted oak, cedarwood, vanilla and orange marmalade.

Truly complex, this is an absolute treat alone, but expect this to be taken to another level again with rich red meat on the barbecue, or with desserts containing bitter chocolate or banana.
