Description

The remarkable sustainability credentials of this distillery are ably mirrored in the pitch-perfect beauty of their elegant whisky. Sweetly barley scented on the nose, with macadamia nuts and sugared almonds, the palate develops this theme with an entire Christmas platter of nutty nibbles. The kiss of spiced raisins imparted from the ex-Oloroso barrels gives a delightful touch of flesh as the lithe finish eases to a winsome conclusion. I shall drink this and toast the continued success of this community-owned distillery.
