1976 Littlemill, Testament, Lowland, Single Malt Scotch Whisky (42.5%)
- Scotch Whisky
Description
Littlemill Distillery, founded in 1773, is one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries. Though it ceased production in 1994 and was later demolished, the Testament expression from 1976 preserves its legacy. The remaining stocks of Littlemill are highly prized by collectors and connoisseurs alike. Only 250 bottles of this Testament Release were created. Each one is housed in a hand-blown decanter and accompanied by a dress stopper made from natural sandstone rescued from the remains of Littlemill Distillery.

Barley
Barley is a key ingredient in the production of some of the world's most renowned spirits, particularly whiskey and Scotch whisky. Malted barley is used as the primary grain in many single malt and blended Scotch whiskies, where it contributes a distinct malty, nutty, and sometimes smoky flavour profile. In addition to Scotch, barley is also a staple in the production of Irish whiskey, where it often lends a smoother, creamier taste. The versatility of barley as a grain makes it a favorite for creating complex and deeply nuanced spirits cherished by enthusiasts worldwide.
