2021 Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine de la Vougeraie, Burgundy

This is a blend from Paupillots (0.33 hectares), Rue Aux Vaches (0.45 hectares) and Noyer Bret (0.27 hectares). The yield is low but not disastrous at 22hl/ha. The wine is on point for the vintage, sufficiently open to be enjoyed relatively young, but with enough pedigree to reward a little ageing. This is a composed and worthy village wine. Drink 2024-2032.
