Lindores Abbey, The Casks of Lindores, Bourbon Cask, Lowland, Single Malt Scotch Whisky (49.4%)
- Scotch Whisky
Description
This limited edition whisky delivers far more than expected from a Bourbon cask matured Single Malt Scotch.
The nose is dominated by buttery vanilla, crisp green apples and juicy pears. Some time in the glass reveals depths of butterscotch and waffle wafer ice cream cones.
Ripe orchard fruits build the core of the palate, framed by intertwining layers of caramel, banana peel and sweet citrus. The finish is distinctively smooth and silky.
Delightful and incredibly approachable, this would be best served neat or over ice, if preferred.
